All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: We ship throughout Australia.
  • International: We currently offer shipping to New Zealand and United States.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Cost: $5 AUD flat rate
    • Delivery Time: 3-6 business days for most metro locations. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for remote areas.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Cost: $10 AUD flat rate
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days for most metro locations. Please allow up to an additional 3 business days for remote areas.

New Zealand:

  • Standard International Shipping:
    • Cost: $8 NZD flat rate
    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
      • Remote area's may take longer.

United States:

  • Express International Shipping:
    • Cost: $10 USD flat rate
    • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days
      • Non-metro area's may take longer

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 in local currency.

Tracking Your Order

  • We provide tracking for all orders, ensuring you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers We Use

  • We partner with trusted carriers, including AusPost and Couriers Please, to deliver your orders swiftly and securely.

Handling Delays

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain circumstances, such as weather or logistical delays, may be beyond our control. In such cases, we will work closely with our carriers to keep you informed and find timely solutions.
